Family membership fees for 2011 - $1799. That amount is payable in a lump sum amount or through monthly installments. If you join in May it would be $600/month. If you join in June the payment would be $900/month. The total amount must be paid by July 15th.
In addition, there is an initiation fee of $1200 that is payable over 2 years ($600 per year) and an assessment fee. That is 2 yearly payments of $300 or a single payment of $500.
The assessment fee is charged to all members and funds our capital improvement projects. Some of the things we are doing at the club this year are installing a pool heater, adding a new patio for members to sit and eat on, buying chairs and tables for the new patio, rehabbing our hard surface tennis courts, and cutting down trees to enhance the look of the club and create more natural lighting around the pool area. Additional projects for the coming 18-24 months are to hopefully build a tennis house for our tennis pro and new walkways around all of the areas.
There is a great tennis program for adults and children with clinics run daily for all ages and abilities. The swim team is known for its winning ways and dedication to making every child a better swimmer. There are weekly social events planned for adults and kids alike. There is a snack bar with food available for purchase or if you choose, you can always pack your own.
We also have reciprocity with Racebrook Country Club. If you choose, you can join for $200. That membership allows you to play the inside 9 holes for $20 (not including a cart). You can also use their restaurant facilities as well-you must spend a minimum of $50 monthly on food and beverages.
The club is slated to open Saturday May 28th - Memorial Day weekend.
